Can't use SimPort even though I have created a normal account! Need help! [SOLVED]

Hey guys! I am very grateful to you all. You guys are awesome! Bu there is still one small problem. As shown in the topic, I cannot access the SimPort even though I have created one normal account. It is weird because you guys said that we can do so. It says I need a registration code and of course i don't have one. Any ideas what is going on?

How did you try to use SimPort?
I'm not sure whether it works on an account without a registered game. As far as I can remember, some features should work, not all.

Then I'm afraid you need to register a game to your The Sims 3 account.
It doesn't matter what game, it can also be a (cheap) stuff pack.

Where can i buy the stuff pack with the cheapest price?

Simport definitely needs a registration code. I would just keep an eye out in game stores, and online. The cheaper stuff packs get down to $10 on sale.

I heard that the Origin sells the cheapest stuff packs at around HK$60 (which is about $7.70). But I searched the discussion forums in EA and found the following: The serial codes for registration of the stuff packs bought in Origin cannot be validate at all and they are all crap! There are at least 10 persons who have the same problem! Should I buy one in Origin?

I bought all but 2 of the games I actually own for the sims through Origin. I had no problems. You don't exactly have to "validate" when buying through origin, as you'll be buying the game using the account you want to play on, and EA will have record of this, so really, they see you own a copy of the game. If you do have any issues after buying it, with validation or using online features (You'd want to not mention simport, but instead gift giving or posting memories), you could go to EA customer service, as fixing validation and giving new codes is about all they're good for.
