Casino Won't Show Up.[SOLVED]

I've been screwing around with this for hours, and I've done everything listed on various pages here. I cleared the cache, tried converting to a package, decrapified, compressed, and the bloody thing won't work. The items themselves (at least the slot machine and black jack table) are in the game. I checked. But the lot itself is wrong. The picture of the lot that shows up in the bin is correct, but once I place it, a few windows turn into posters and whatever that purple thing is on the front of the building (a light maybe?) disappears. I really, really, blow at building and I'd like the lot to work properly. I don't even know for sure if the windows (the ones that are posters) are even properly in the game. So, I'm lost and have no idea how to make it work. When Pets first came out, I had the same issue with the Pet store not showing up...and than when it did the register didnt work. I was able to fix it, and it works fine now. I dont know what the deal is with this.

P.S. I've tried the fix (the three part one) and it doesnt work. I also tried those KT's store fix things, and neither do they.

Thank you! I did do that, I just wanted to make absolutely sure that it wasn't the result of a screw up on my part. Like i said, I had the same issue with the Pet Shop, and somehow I got it working without having to edit the lot myself...but in hindsight I suppose that was because the shop itself didnt come with new content (everything in the shop came with Pets).
