Loading Problem [SOLVED]

Hello everyone,

So I installed the sims 3 with a EP (Late night) and a SP (Town Life) a couple weeks ago. Did everything the fix said and got the game running smoothly.

Yesterday I played normally but today when i tried to start the game, it wouldn't pass the loading screen just before the option to pick the saved game. It gets stuck there and it doesn't crash or anything, it just won't go forward at all, making me have to close the game through the tasks manager. And when I do, it finally shows me the 'the program has stopped working' thing.

Yes I do have CC installed and I have tried running without it. Maybe i will need to uninstall it but for now I tried running with the 'run without CC' option and it still didn't work.

(Oh I know there is a new update and no I haven't done it just yet. Figured it would "upset" the crack.)

It started working when i removed the Sims 3 folder from the documents. I suppose something must have gotten messed up in there.
