cannot connect to origin

I bought the sims 3 ages ago but lost the cd and serial code. So I downloaded a cracked copy and used the code on origin to install it and was able to update my game. After that I installed several eps and used your guide to install and patch everything and the ultimate fix as well but when i open the launcher i keep getting an error message saying cannot connect to origin and I have showtime, i really want to use all the features. What am i doing wrong please

Do you have Origin installed at the moment?

Yes it is installed and i can log in. When I am playing and want to login in the game it says i need to update my game to be able to login but I downloaded the latest 1.38 version. I can't access to simport and the achievements. Ive tried everything. I have just re-installed the base game and the eps but still nothing!

Ok my problem is solved. I downloaded the most recent ultimate fix and it worked,sorry about that.
But now I have another problem, im not using any cc but when i try to move in a family in my town, nothing happens. I dont think it freezes as I can move my mouse.
Please help, i deleed all my ccs but still nothing
