Awaken Bonehilda interaction causes stuck sim

The 'Awaken Bonehilda' interaction is causing the sim who directed it to become stuck. Then when I click on the coffin (or whatever her housing is called) it says 'Dismiss Bonehilda'.

I have removed all my mods, deleted all my caches, and tested a new vanilla game with the same results. I'm unsure of what to do from here.

At this point, I'm assuming it's a game bug, but I haven't seen any threads that discuss this problem yet...

Have you tried a different household? There are certain houses that came with SN that cause problems for Bonehilda - the Crumplebottom house, for example.

Yeah I did, I tried my custom household, as well as the supernatural roommates household for my vanilla game test.

Does the ResetSim cheat work?

Yes, it does. But i've never seen Bonehilda. The sim can be unstuck, but the point is that I wanted bonehilda in my game.

I have the same problem. As soon as you Reset Sim, the coffin changes to have the Dismiss Bonehilda option, but she's no where on the lot. After resetting the Sim, you can use that option, but it doesn't actually do anything. My Sim kind of claps her hands, but the dismiss option is still there. A fix would be nice, I was so excited to hear Bonehilda would be back. (((

I can only use my teenager to summon/awaken her. The first time, he got froze, then I did a hard reset using master controller on him, and all of a sudden, he could awaken her, after I dismissed her from that first try. None of the other sims I've tried can do so, though. I can't figure it out, but I do think it's an EA bug.

Guess I'll have to wait for my newborn to grow into teen to see if Bonehilda works, then. Does she stay out of her coffin after being awakened once, or do you have to do it every time you want something cleaned?

She stays out until you dismiss her, or at least she did for me. I hope that works for you. I might have just gotten lucky though. :l
