When do you get the error... when you try to start a program?

Srry not tryin to interuppet but my friend told me about Games4theworld so i decied to give it a try but i really need help. I was able to complete steps 1-3 to downloaing the sims 3 but now im confussed. I use bitcomet(part of the pirate bay) and my base copy of the sims 3 is not located in the local disk/program files/electronic arts folder. It is located only on my bitcomet download list. how to send it to the correct location?

p.s-i am a noob but all my friends say u rock!

(I think it's the right location, I'm even a bit confused with the descriptions of the forums, since the problem is with actually directions for installing Sims 3)
