Sims 3 crashes.... [CLOSED]
I dont know why this happens, but every time after I press Alt+Tab, 2 check like my facebook, when I get back 2 da game, after a min. or so, it freezes then it says tht- "The Sims 3 has stop working". How can I fix this??

It's actually not recommended to minimize the game in that way, but if you must check your facebook and such, you could play in windowed mode.

Or bring up the task manager, either through the Win 7 way Ctrl+Shift+Esc or clicking Task Manager on the Ctrl+Alt+Del.
But if that doesn't really anything better, not sure what else you could do, besides use another computer to check and such, since even using a 2nd monitor would still need to leave focus of The Sims 3, which would require Window Switching.

Hello,
I wouldn't recommend doing that either. The Sims is weird like that and often crashes if you go do something else. Playing in windowed mode reduces the chance of a crash, but I think it's best to avoid switching to another window at all and use a different device to check your facebook and such, if you have that option.

I do hav other ways 2 check my fb and other stuff, I just tought tht there was a fix 4 this problem, but since there isnt, there is nothing i can do about it....

Nope, it's just that the sims is a finicky game, and likes to have all of your attention, like a spoiled child. XD
