Help with Sims 3 Ambitions. [SOLVED]

Hi! I've just downloaded Sims 3 base game, Sims 3 WA and Sims 3 Ambitions and followed all instructions of installation. Everything went smoothly until when the game finishes loading, it said that 'there are no disc found for Sims 3 Ambitions'. So I can't play the game.

I browsed around and tried looking for solutions and the fix said that I have to download and install Late Night. So here's my question. Can I just play the game without installing Late Night and do the fix? Is there some way I can just play the game without Late Night? Thanks. 'Cause the waiting for downloads is driving me nuts. I've been trying for two days to fix the game so that I can play it.

Look like you misplaced the crack file. My suggestion, please open the installation guide provide in ambition expansion. And then read the "Copy and Paste part"

Okay I just did that. Silly me. Sorry. But now I have a new problem, the game won't start. I got the launcher working. But when I pressed play, the launcher disappears and nothing happens.

I can't update the game right?

The Sims 3: Ambitions doesn't work in its own, without Late Night. I'm afraid you'll need to download and Install The Sims 3: Late Night from www.games4theworld.org and then apply this fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-latest-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems

The game should work fine after that.

So I have to reinstall everything?

Also, coming towards installing Ambitions, after installing it, do I need to update the game with the Download Manager? Or can I just proceed to install Late Night?

Hello,

There's no need to reinstall everything, just install all the expansions you want. (Late Night múst be installed in order to let the game work)
If they ask you to update during the installation, just press "OK".

When you're done installing everything, thén apply this fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-latest-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems
After this, the game should work fine.
