Sims 3 Your Program HAs Stopped Working????

Games was working fine then I downloaded
seasons, I looked at the other problems on the forum and followed the instructions in:

but nothing seems to be working ....

i
think i messed it up when i applied the crack file that was in the
seasons folder and then applied the crack that was in the ultimate fix
so im gonna uninstall seasons and try again but please answer because im
100% sure that it wont help but ima gonna do it anyway.

...tried it uninstalled didn't work...
into plays
season load screen loads fine
beginning screen comes up with already made families (i don't have any i start over after expansion pack) click town
load screen gets about 15% of the way and stops....

no no mods or cc...deleted all of them ...but Ive uninstalled everything and started over

but while i have your attention do i follow the instructions of the expansion packs folders like outdoor living has a patch ( do i apply the patch) or do i just install the ultimate fix
