Premium content set [REQUEST]

Could you make a set with all premium content of Sims 3, please? E.g. I'd like to
have the massage table, but I don't want to have Sunlit Tides or the
house (there's a house which contains it too, I think). It would be very
great

as for the garden station (Greenhouse set). We cannot get it individually since The Sims 3 Store hasn't sold it individually yet.

The massage table and the sauna were just examples. I just want to have the premium content of the store, I don't want to have anything else. So a set with every premium content individuallly would be good. Is it impossible?
