I've downloaded all the neighbourhoods and extracted them, where do I put them in order for them to be playable in game?

Hello,

Sims3packs go into Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads, then you open the launcher and install them from the "downloads" tab.
Alternatively, you can double click one to install it, that will also open the launcher.
