sims 3 launcher: error while startup check log for details

hey, so I have purchased sims 3 base game but downloaded world adventures and katy perry stuff expansion packs.I have read all instructions and installed correctly and put everything in the right place and tried the ultimate fix and manual patch but I still get the error while startup please check log for details when i try to start the launcher. please help im stuck and have tried everything
