Winrar's keygen trouble

I don't know if this is the right place to place this but here goes.

Hi,
I have been having a problem with winrar..well not winrar but its keygen.
I have downloaded all the winrar versions from G4TW and I cannot use any of the keygen.
I've tried turning off my internet and trying it.
I've tried turning off my AVG and trying it, but when it's turned on I get a pop up resident shield alert asking me what to do with the "keygen.exe" and I tell it to ignore it, but when I re-enter the folder both winrar.exe and keygen.exe are in, I get the resident shield alert again.
The pic below is the pop up I get every time I try and open the keygen.exe.
I have even tried opening it as administrator and I still get this pop up.
Yes I downloaded ALL the versions from here.
Yes I have all admin allowances
Yes I'm using the right 32bit version of winrar.
I'm baffled

Update:
I tried something new..I temporarily turned off my "resident shield" on my AVG and opening the keygen.exe worked.
I found out, just exiting AVG doesn't turn off the resident shield.
It says 40 day evaluation still, but we'll see if that changes.

Indeed, that error means that your anti-virus software is blocking the file.
The evaluation popup shouldn't appear though. Try as follows please:

1. Completely remove WinRAR using Your Uninstaller! Pro from www.games4theworld.org . Use the "Super Mode".
2. Restart your PC.
3. Temporarily turn off your anti-virus software completely. Install WinRAR, as described in the included "# Installation Guide.txt".
4. After doing all the steps and checking to see if the pop-up appears or not, restart your anti-virus software.
