please help

hi,
this will take awhile to explain. i had all the sims 3 with all expansions up untill supernatural. when i found out about seasons i tried to update it but it sain invalid registry. so i uninstalled every thing then i downloaded the sims 3 black box the only expansions it doesnt have is diesel stuff supernatural and seasons. when i tried to update this time it said missing dsetup i have looked around and found that there are fixes for that but i have also found that with blackbox being a modified installer i may not get any thing to work. i tried to uninstall it so i can go through and get all expansions individually but it wont uninstall so im hoping the the geniuses here have something i could use to make this work i have been working on this night and day for about a week it would be easier for me to chat on yahoo messenger or something if some one can get a hold of me.. there's alot to explain.... im having sims withdrawals some one please help!

ill try the uninstaller i just wish i could keep the one i have insted of spending another week traking down all the expansions thanks for the help tho

wanted to let u know that the uninstaller works perfect. step one done lol. you know if i can download the base game and all the expansions individualy from this site??

Dunno if it helps but I also run blackbox and had same issue as yourself, what I did was to install a base game only at same time therefore you can do the stuff you want, and still keep the expansions, sure it takes double space but depends on how much hard drive space you have, lucky for me I got a 500gb on my laptop so it not much for me, but hope that helps or worth a shot

so your say to install blackbox and the sims base game...? were you able to update to get supernatural and seasons?
