Re: New Challenger?
My gameplay style fits the Legacy challenge. I tried to actually do it properly, but my game starts having issues about generation 3 or 4 usually. I could never do any of the other types of challenges though I have a few bookmarked to try. XD

same like me.. just try legacy, then the game crash until 3nd generation.. feel frustrating.. stop playing last year.. yet starting again this year.. but just free play.. lazy to start over again.. and don't like to live in sunset valley.. just wondering, any other place suitable for the rules

The rules fit all of the towns, as long as there's that big 60x60 or larger lot there for your family land.

Hello,
If you're looking for something new, you could try the apocalypse challenge. I started it once, but then I had to downsize my game and never gave it another thought.

Hello,
This appears to be the most comprehensive page of rules.
You can place an empty lot in edit town mode, there's an icon next to the bulldozer icon that allows you to choose and place lots.

Re: New Challenger?
If you'd like to take a very difficult challnege, hear this:
Your targeted Sim for perfect God must be a new born, and the age span must be set for max. Don't forget to turn off the free will. I want the parents to be direcetd by you.
The new born will have his parents. Be sure that your parents have their age level at adult, not young adult, but adult. And the very first day of adult age.
You'll have to make sure your baby sim is having all the needs he can as his parnets takes care of him. Don,t give jobs to the parents and make sure their traits are family-oriented, good and all that would be nice as a parent. I'd like nurturing too.
When the baby sims gets as a toddler, you'll want the parents to potty train him, teach him to walk, talk, then read skill books with him. Every single skill books. make him learn with the peg box and xylophone. Once he,s maxed out, make your parents have a job, and make sure they have enough money for a babysitter.
When the toddler have leanred everything, make sure he meets with other people and make friends as he plays with the blocks table.
The toddler will then become a child about 150 days later. Then it gets tricky. I've tried to make him get max skills at the school, but it's tricky, since he must eat, sleep, do his homework and everything. If the Generation Pack is installed, make your parents read skill books to your child sim. That'll boost him.
Be sure that the child sims's skills are maxed out as he gets into a teen.
The teen, well, it will have to have a part-time job right away, because the parents no longer can use their their job, as they get elder. Make sure the teen have maxed grades in high school. The teen must not forget every single skill he can learn. He will have to go to the graduation after.
Young adult now. make your sim move out of his parnets's house to another lot, a affordable one preferably. Then start by making your young adult sim have a respectable job. Max his skills while he is on free time. He MUST max his hidden skills too!
Make him travel, make him buy all lifetime gifts, all single challenges skills must be completed. Find him a wife (or a hudsband if you want him gay). Make kids (or adopt them if you're gay), about 5 of them. Take care of 'em. Quit your job to take care of them adequately. Max out your children's skills too. max out your spouse's skills also.
By the time my sim got aged as an adult, he was maxed out in everything. Then, make sure your sim do all the single jobs he could do, then when he reaches the maximum job level, quit the job and take another one. Your sim must have done every single job. Your wife must have too, and the chikldren must be perfect at school.
Finally, when your sim gets elder, he should have made every single job. A an elder, he must take care of the teens children he have. He must take care of his maxed out wife.
I say that the challenge is over if, when your sim dies, he had every single thing maxed out in all his life.
