After Downloading[SOLVED]
Hello, New here.
Just wondering, can you delete the folders off your desktop after you successfully installed The Sims 3 & expansions?
The folders are taking over my desktop!

The folders that come straight from the torrent? Yes.
Any sims 3 folders? No.
To clarify:
You may delete the torrent folder that you extracted the rar to.
Do not delete any of your Sims 3 folders though, where you actually get the game information from.

I wouldn't recommend deleting, would recommend moving them to another folder, or just one folder on the desktop, just in case you have a problem in the future and need to re-install, don't need to go through the hassle of re-downloading also.

Hello,
You may remove the extracted .rar file, but I do not recommend removing the .rar files themselves, as you might need them again in the future. (It's always best to use the original .rar file, instead of the extracted files!)
And besides, if you remove the .rar file, you can't seed the file any more.
