Generations not downloading? Empty Generations not downloading?

I know the games quite old but i have attempted to download it for a while and it crashes my computer. I know its not computer because once it starts downloading my computer completely crashes and there is no virus on my computer. i have had no problems with any other games from Games4theworld, so im wondering if my computer isnt compatible, or something? I have had seasons, supernatural, pets, ambitions, world adventures, and showtime and they all work flawlessly (well not since the patch, its been crashing alot recently)
