PC shuts down while playing sims 3

While im playing sims 3, all of a sudden my pc shuts down , I try deleting the "Sims 3 folder" but when I start playing again, it still shuts down all of the sudden, how can i fix it??

When it shuts down is it like a power cut shut down or it somthing else?

Does it happen with just the sims or other games to??

Do you get a blue screen? Any errors?

No, it just shuts down. No warning or anything thing like it. I even tried reinstalling all the sims 3 games, tried the DEP. No luck at all.

If it shutting down, also no confirmation on if it a power cut type shut down, I suspect its power supply, but you not confirmed once again if it just Sims or other games to or in general shut downs

No its only while playing Sims 3 game.....

No, I hav all expansions ( Except Kate Parry), and my pc does hav the minimum requirements to run The Sims 3.

Are you using a cooling pad or have your laptop on a desk/ table when you play? Because this does sound like it may be overheating.

Try this too, just to be sure:

1. Turn off the laptop.
2. Take out the battery.
3. Press and hold the POWER button for about 5 seconds.
4. Do not insert the battery, but connect the power cord.
5. Turn on your laptop.
6. Test the game. (DO NOT put back the battery (yet))

K, so I hold the Power button w/ or w/out, the power cord??

Hold it without the battery and power cord plugged in. (To release all the power)

I'm clueless at this point; are you sure it isn't a Blue Screen of Death or something?
If not, indeed, let's try reinstalling. Please do so as follows:

*Backup your savegames

1. Completely uninstall The Sims 3 and all expansion packs using Your Uninstaller! Pro from www.games4theworld.org . Use the "Super Mode".
2. Restart your PC, after uninstalling everything.
3. Reinstall everything, following these instructions: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
DO NOT skip any steps and RE-DOWNLOAD both the manual patch and the Ultimate Fix.

4. Test the game and let us know the result.

Ok, I reinstalled everything, should I install some Custom Content I got from the mediafire account too?? Like the worlds, before I start a new game??

Go to the Event Viewer you can get to it by pressing Win-key+R and typing in eventvwr.msc then hit enter. Click on Application and look for errors that occurred about the time your computer shut down.

Try the game without anything extra added in first.

Are you still using GameBooster? If not, please keep using it.
Also, when in-game, lower all graphic sliders to their lowest setting and turn off extra features like "Smooth rendering".

Oh and, try playing in Windowed Mode too.
