Stuck on Loading screen since 1.48 versión

Hey there... hey! I know that I Posted this before, but I wanted to create a new post for this cause now, I have try everything (less uninstalling ) I don't know what to do now, the thing is that after I installed 70, 80, 90 stuff pack, and its update (1.48) I am not able to create a new game (I could before that version), I can play with my old families but when I try to create a new game it just gets stuck every time (on the neighbourhood screen at 99%) I tried taking off all mods folder, setting the graphics lower, unable the Sims3pack content, trying to un-install some content, taking off all files on DCCache, I updated the game to 1.50, I took off the sims 3 folder, for the game to create a new one... but it keeps the same


I don't want to lose all my saved games and my custom content, I love them! and I kind of know the solution is re-installing the game, but how can I do it please!? Do I need to re-install only the base game? or all expansion packs too?

If you know other solution to this problem but is not re-installing I would be very pleased I mean, what did I do for this to happen? I have the same "game" since 2010

Next time please post in your open topic, if the problem is about the same game. I've closed all your other topics.

DO NOT skip any steps and RE-DOWNLOAD both the manual patch and the Ultimate Fix! Also remove any NoCD Mods you may have added to the game.
