Error during startup... [SOLVED]

Hello! I've finally installed every EPs and Diesel Stuff SP and was excited to play, but then when i start the launcher it says: "There was an Error during start-up. Please see the Log for more details.'' Well, there's no log popping up what-so-ever. I really need help with this because University Life is so close to release and I just can't wait to play it. ( who knows maybe it can help me to fix this error ) To install TS3 I followed this guide: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly , so i did install the game correctly ( at least I think I did).

What I tried to attempt to fix the game:
Restart my PC.
Tried to run the game using TS3W.exe and got this error: 0x175dcbb .
Did what these two guides said: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t4650-the-sims-3-error-during-startup-video-fix-out-now and http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2011/03/error-there-was-an-error-during-startup.html .

Didn't help. ( I really hope there is a fix without re-installing everything again, because oh come on! I spent a whole day downloading all the torrent files! Well at least my internet's speed is good)
I really need help as this is my favorite game , and I REALLY hope there is a fix to this ( because there is almost always a fix )

/EDIT Also tried to update my drivers , didn't help.

This error usually indicates a Registry problem. Where exactly did you get all the games from?
Also worth trying: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t8929-registry-helper
