Patch 1.55 cant be downloaded Empty Patch 1.55 cant be downloaded

Can somebody help me? I clicked the link on the manual patch for mac page but it doesn't download properly. It downloads and i can get into the link but then it stop at 8.5MB and when i click on it, it says Unsble to unarchive "To-9010-1.55.4.022002 (4).tgz" into "Downloads". Error 1 - Operation not permitted.) Is there something wrong with the link?

I'm a Patch 1.55 cant be downloaded 1490881299 when it comes to Mac...

I've tried it rigt now and the download starts perfectly. Please try to download with using other browser.
