Ideal simple house for room mates!

Hello,

Wanted to try sharing one of the many houses I made in The Sims 3. Very Happy

I call this house SIMply SIMple and I've built it with The Sims 3 game version 1.55 that includes all expansion packs being Island Paradise the latest. Built on a 30x30 lot in Dragon Valley, on the side of the river/lake. Almost all of the things and patterns that were used in the making of this house are from SIMcredible Designs. Please note that I didn't make any of these DLCs/CCs. I just built the house and mixed and matched the items and did the interior and exterior design. I did not create any object or pattern.

For the DLC/CC creators, you guys are awesome! Thank you very much for your hard work! cheers
