Sims 3 can not be open. What should I do? :((( Empty Sims 3 can not be open. What should I do? :(((

I keep on opening my Sims 3 and it gives this box:

Sims 3 can not be open. What should I do? :((( Untitl10

It says there, "Sims 3 has encountered a problem and needs to be close...."

I click "Send Error Report" I think 10 times a day. But still it doesn't work.

Hello,

If you really installed the games correctly, you can try to rename the folder "The Sims 3", located in My Documents/Electronic Arts. Then start the game again.

Also, this "send error report"-function only has the purpose of "informing" Microsoft about that; this will only be part of "statistics" - so you won't get any help from sending that report.
