Little problem with The Sims 3 ultimate fix. [SOLVED]

Hello everybody who is reading this post, I've got a small problem with the Ultimate fix thingy. When I open the download in WinRAR, it tells me an error has occured, and then shows me the thing, but only with the 'Base game' folder. So it would be nice if anyone can tell me what else was in the fix, and what I should do. If you guys need any screenshots, just tell me, I'll make them then.

Now, when it finished downloading, open it using WinRAR and let me know if it looks correctly now.

There should be an "# Installation Guide.pdf" in the Fix, which you should read.

Yes, that was also noted in the guide you made, but WinRAR said error last time, and only showed the 'Base game' folder. I'll download the fix from

I'm now downloading the folder from the link you gave me. But it's
exactly the same as the one I downloaded before. And I'm getting the
same error.
