Torrent stuck at 99.9%. [SOLVED] Empty Torrent stuck at 99.9%. [SOLVED]

For some reason, the download is stuck at 99.9%.
It's been that way for the last few hours. 
I see seeders going down and I'm wondering if that might be why?
I have no clue why this could be happening.

Check if you have enough memory space on your PC for the download to finish

oh wow, looks like i was having internet trouble. i switched to another wifi network and it finished. thank you for your suggestion anyway!
fixed it!

I started seeding again with 2,3 MB/s
When you tske a look at the seeders, there is at present nobody with 100% in possession, that's the reason why it is stuck
