Mac Support Sims 4

Hi!

The Sims 4 used to run perfectly on my MacBook, I had everything up to & including Seasons. After updating to Mojave it didn't work anymore, and I didn't properly try to fix it.

Now I wanted to add everything from Seasons onwards and continue playing the game, but since I installed so long ago, I can't remember where I found the install guide - as everything seems completely geared towards Windows now (which I completely understand as I know all the team are PC!). 

I was just wondering if anyone had the guide or knew of the easiest way for me to install the remaining packs?

Do you know if it would be possible to remove all of the game from my laptop and use the all in one global patch to reinstall?
