My Sims 3 wont update. [SOLVED]

Okay so I installed Showtime, everything works perfectly but, to log in I need to update my Sims, no problem. But then when I tried to update, it gave me a error, and then I downloaded the update so I can manually install it and I got an error again. Let me show you.
