installing new worlds w/ ultimate fixed sims 3?

So I did the whole ultimate fix. followed instructions and the game is updated, or at least it says it is? I try to install new worlds and it says I need to update my game. I do not have any expansion packs, only stuff packs. The Sim Plumbob at the bottom says 1.36 but the launcher says version 14.0? are they different things? Tis be frustrating.

Where did you download the world(s) from?
They have to be decrapified first, otherwise they won't work with a cracked game.

How do you "decrapify" a .sims3pack? is there a tool or a method that a regular person can do? I have some items from TSR and I have no idea if they are "decrapified" but I very much want to use them. thanks for any help you can give me. Oh and my game is installed and works I just didn't install the TSR content because I didn't know how?

Used the decrapify, worked for worlds. does it work for population files too?

Decrapifying works for all .Sims3Pack files.
