Hello everyone,

This is Games4theworld Downloads' The Sims 3 Ultimate Fix. This Fix makes it possible for you to update the game to the latest version, WITHOUT REINSTALLING everything! It'll fix almost all of your The Sims 3 problems. I'll update the Fix it as soon as possible when new updates for the game are released. (Note the *WORKING* and *NOT WORKING*)
Always make sure that you only download from the download links below, because these links will be updated whenever new, updated files are available!

Hello all, I've just installed this fix and I'm pretty sure I followed the instructions correctly, but now my game isn't recognising that I have the 5 most recent eps and sps installed. Can someone tell me what I've done wrong please?

Oh my freakin' god. This has seemed to fix a really annoying problem I had with my game and was having a hard time finding a solution. I felt in the need to register to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I'm going through that right now and can't seem to figure out how to fix it, can you tell me how you did? I can't seem to figure it out at all! D:
Well, I gave it another go and figured it out, forget about this post please! Sorry!

I tried updating it through the launcher but when I clicked refresh it told me the EA download Manager is not connected. So I downloaded the manual patch and did that, but when the progress bar when full, it just stopped and froze.

Also, my game is installed in a different directory than the Sims 3 folder. Also, I am using the "Sims 3 Deluxe" folder. That's where the game is, because I have the deluxe version of the game.

So if I use the manual patch, will it install the update to the correct folder properly?

Since it froze, I updated my EA download manager to origin, now the launcher tells me there's an error before clicking anything.

After looking through the forum more, I found the thread to post my sims 3 problems.

Just to let you know - the link is invalid on Opera Browser (which is my default browser) I then tried it on IE and worked fine and I'm now downloading it, but for any other Opera users, it's just the browser, not the link.

I replaced the exe file with the file in the Crack folder and it worked and so does Seasons!

Hey Guys. I want to thank you all for the efforts. Without you guys, we wouldn't be able to play Sims 3. I was about to cry when my Sims 3 got messed up after the update. Seriously, thank you guys. This is really the ultimate fix.

The connection is fine. Every download I've done through my browser (firefox) has been of no issue. Just this file.

I did, just now, try to get the file using Chrome. It came down perfectly. Thanks for the suggestion!
