Skills go Automatic to 10 ?

:newfag: I HAVE A lot OF MODS and i Deleted them all but still al my skills go to 10 when they interact with a somthing. i dont have a Packages Folder anymore and I have no idea what this is (sorry for the extreeeeeem bad english.....i`m Dutch XD) :newfag:

Is your sim a vampire? Cuz I think that there's a glitch when it comes to raising a vampire's skill that makes your sim reach from skillpoint 0 - 10 in less than 3 sim hours

It's not a glitch it's a feature, Vampire's get faster learning.
Does this do the same for every Sim you have, even a new family?
