Help my! DRIVING MY CRAZY

Hello,

I played this game 4 a while.
So when you download from the site you get a old version.
I can play that version BUT ITS OLD.
I updated and he asks for a registration key!?!?
I did install the game with tutorail everything and update for like 6 time!! EVERYTIME IT POPS OP

I did:
- try to update with the fix
- did update manual
- did both
- followed every guide there is

This is for the NORMAL sims 3 ! i have the sims seaons and supernaternul but i want the normal first!

PLEASE HELP MY, im looking and trying for a week now 24/7 !

#note i have no sims installed so can do re install

Yes i know i did that tuturail like 5 times?
But the version you GET when you download the sims 3 you get a very old version where you CAN'T install the expansion! So manual i did.

Oke now i have it installed and everything with supernatural BUT this problem i got to first.
I can't change the game online supernatural now can't change any expansions !!
