Sims 3 Medieval Problem

I've had The Sims Medieval working perfectly for the past couple of days, until now.. Whenever I click to play my saved game it says "A serious error has occurred while loading 'England.tsm'. It is strongly recommended that you restart the application." I have restarted it 5 times, and I still get the same pop up. I've updated it, but it doesn't seem to let me play my saved game. I don't know what else to do, can you help?

Let's try it this way:

*Backup your savegames

1. Completely uninstall the game.
2. Restart your PC.
3. Reinstall the game, but DO NOT apply the included crack!
4. Apply this fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t916-the-sims-medieval-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems
5. Start the game and see if it works now.
