Sims 3 Medieval Problem

I just installed the Sims 3 medieval and whenever I try to start the game, the game launcher will not load. Is there anything I can do?

Try running the game without the launcher;

1. Navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims Medieval\Game\Bin
2. Double-click on the "TSM.exe" to start the game.

Hello and happy holidays, Mine keeps saying insert disk. Had try'ed the fix but everytime I drag and drop the .exe file it trys to start the game. The DLL does the move and replace deal but not the .exe, rld seems to work normal

Also which launcher to open? I tried all 3 and none had update area/link. Will keep working on it as I wait for answer.

Where did you download the game(s) from?

The base game from TPB, your upload and knights and nobles from here so I could try the fix.
