Sims 3 Crash??? [SOLVED]

What happened was there was a suggestion I found saying that I should install 2g ram if my space isn't big enough and if I get the code 16 (which I got and it really bugs me). I installed it and after that when I went to create a sim, it crashes. I've already done the DEP but nothing changed and when I get the code 16, I get a ".bad" file. By the way this is where I got the ram from http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php

Did you actually add 2GB of RAM (hardware) or only used that specific program?

I only used that program, what should I do?

Hi Admin so I decided to do the system restore on it and I went back to
the 18th of this month. I researched on how to remove the patch and tons
of people are saying to do system restore, so I hope this will work.
I'll tell you my results soon!
