Launcher error occurred during startup. DIFFERENT REASONS!

I think only Admin can help me with this.
But if you think you can too, feel welcome to post!

I just installed 70s 80s & 90s Stuff Pack and opened the Launcher
and the message of "An arror occurred during startup. Check the log for more details" appears.

I followed the video from the Fix section:

AND IT DOESN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM!

Yes, but when the game starts, it advertise me that the game may not work well! And it doesn't, Buy and build mode just crash down.

My game is already patched to 1.50 and I downloaded the last ultimate fix for that update.
When I uninstall the stuff pack everything works normally in fact!
