Sims3 Seasons Build/Buy

Sims3 Seasons Build/Buy

Hi not sure if this topic has come up before, but I followed all the instructions on how to install it and the came loads up and plays great, until I try to enter Build/Buy mode. And then it crashes every time... any idea what is going wrong???

Hi, I downloaded The Sims 3 Seasons. When in the game as I click on build/buy, it takes a very long time to load. After it loaded, there are no objects in any of the two. What seems to be the problem? Can anyone help me, please? I am desperate.
