so i used the cell and the pc on the sims to move into another house but i don't have the move option at all
i tried to find it but i couldn't

Why not move them via Town Edit?

i tried that also but i can't move my family using the town edit cz it's a matter of funds and when i go to the edit town there aren't enf money unlike when in the real game when i use motherlode cheat

i tried to move my family using town edit by joining another family in their house but c what it is that i want a new house there is no one living in it and i really wanna move in it's kinda hard to play the game when i'm in a house that i don't like

im sorry i took long if u want i can snap a photo of the phone options and u can c how i'm missing the move option

But you can evict them from their original house and then move them into the new house, right?

they can visit that's it but i can't buy a new house , it's only the 1st house i buy after creating my sim

No, I mean... evict them from their original house, so you'll have to place them in a new house. Then place them in the house you want them in. Not via the cellphone or anything, but via the Town Edit screen.
