2009 sims3packs dont display on launcher?

2009 sims3packs dont display on launcher?
i downloaded all the 2009 sims3packs off mediafire and they wont display in the launcher.
Sometimes 1-2 do but i can't install them?

They are sims3pack format, i seen something on the internet about double
clicking them. I double click all of them together and i get alot of
loading signals but no actual indication on if its actually synced into
the game. Anyone know how i can check this please?
