Sims 3 EPs installer.app not launching

Good day,

A went through the threads here and I haven't noticed such a problem.
When I download the torrents you provided for the packs I see there the "The Sims™ 3 Name Of The Pack Installer.app" but when I double-click it nothing happens. Well, I can notice on the Dock that something was trying to open, put t icon disappears almost immediately.

Has anyone experienced problem like this before? What should be the problem, please?

Oh I really did not. :O I cannot even find anywhere how to make it. Would you please tell me where to find it? Thank you.

Now I really hope I did make the image, but the .app file behaves same way.

1. Go to Disk utility and create an image it should look like this



Where it says: ''Save as''. You'll put the expansion name. Where it says ''name'' use the expansion name too.

The size also depends on the expansion's size.

When all that is done. Double click this:


This should appear:


Copy all the files in the expansions file in there

When the files are done copying double click the installer and follow the instructions and don't ever use the crack in the expansions file.

If you get lost doing this just ask.

i think you need to open the .rar file with version 13.0.2 of stuffit expander.

I've been having the same problem. The icon bounces and bounces and never launches. If anyone has a solution, that'd be amazing!
