I was wondering if it was possible for G4TW to make a MC point generator or something of the sort

I can answer this:

No.

Only a handful of console games can be modded, and those modifications are usually just configuration settings. New models, scripts and anything that alters memory usage is out of the question. Only exception was the original Xbox.

By MC points you mean Microsoft Points right?
Hacking/generating for MC points is pretty much illegal, because it served as xbox currency for buying games, movies and such.
FYI it was possible to hack for MC points, but it requires some talent and experience in hacking.
