CRC check fail while unzipping. Install fails. [SOLVED]

I get the following error while unzipping the torrent.
! C:\Users\Jason\Documents\Vuze Downloads\The Sims 3 Full [GY].rar: CRC failed in The Sims 3 Full [GY]\01 - The Sims™ 3\Caches\Sunset Valley.objectCache. The file is corrupt
I have run ccleaner, it's a high end pc. I tried 2 different unzip programs, same thing. if I ignore it, the uninstall fails saying it cannot find the sunset valley cache file.
Is it a bad download, and I need to download ANOTHER 60 gb file :/ ?

Hello there,
Try this: with WinRAR, select the option "Extract to", and then in the options on the left mark "keep broken files".

Ok I ran ccleaner and rebooted, selected that option, and am currently unzipping agai. The same error was noted by winzip, but hopefully the installer will work with the "corrupted" file. I will keep you posted, ty for your reply!

Maybe that download is corrupted. Try the torrent downloads available here: http://www.games4theworld.org/
That way you'll have to download the base game and the expansions all separately, but it's definitely worth it. Where did you actually download that 60 GB file from ?

I'm hoping it was just a typo for the "60 GB download". 
But yes. You may have to re-download it. However, if you have winrar on your computer, that is what we recommend using to unzip files.
