My world!

So basically I was REALLY interested in the CAW tool, and created a new town! It is called Kingsville, and I can't wait until I'm done!
Welcome to Kingsville
Pretty epic, huh? There's just one little problem that's keeping me from uploading it
I need to make some default citizens to live in the town (Households that are currently living there when you enter the world) But it won't let me. I could just upload it now, but it would be completely empty with no citizens already living there, and that would be kinda weird... I heard a mod of some sort will let me add default households, but I don't want to go through the process of downloading a bunch of stuff to get it to work, and then possibly get a virus... So if anyone has any idea on how I could add default households to my world, PLEASE let me know

It looks like a prison. It's small, flat, surrounded by sharp cliffs and if a ship comes near it you can be sure everybody in it WILL DIE!

Hello,
You can indeed add households with a mod, but, you can also add a savegame to your download. If there's a save, people can opt to put it in the saves folder when they install this world.

Can you please explain the process of adding a savegame to my world download? Sorry, kinda new to this whole world building thing

It's not complicated, you could copy the savegame from your own saves folder, put it in a folder with the sims3pack that installs your world. I'd add a textfile explaining that people can have the populated world if they copy the savegame folder to their saves. Then rar it all together.
The population will be optional, but that's the only non-mod way to do this.
