i just cant wait for it. thnk god i do work so i do not have time to play, but hope in a week we have the update... :bounce:

First of all, the latest version of the "Ultimate fix" is for the base game version 1.50 (so for "University"). There is no newer version available yet.

So I suggest you wait for a while until this expansion is released; then after installing "Island Paradise" apply that 1.55 patch and then the (new) Ultimate fix. 

By the way: we usually recommend using the cracks from the Ultimate fix, and NOT the ones which are included in the expansions. But if you don't have any problems in the game, then it's good too.

Just installing the expansion will not automatically patch your game. And now I've seen small mistake in my post above . BEFORE you can actually install that expansion, you have to download and apply that 1.55 manul patch first. After that comes the actual expansion. And after this we usually recommend applying the manual patch again (!!!) - even if it says "that your game is updated already". And at the end there is the fix.

Once again:

1) Apply 1.55 patch
2) Install "Island Paradise"
3) Re-apply 1.55 patch !
4) Apply the Ultimate fix

Yeah, I know that the new version is still in the works and if I try to update my game now it will make it unplayable.

So when I install Island Paradise in a few days, that will patch my game to 1.55, and then I can use the crack from the ultimate fix to play it? (sorry if I'm just repeating what you said, I just really don't want to mess up my game because so far I've had zero problems ;D )

Actually, as long as the expansion was JUST released, then using the crack from that expansion is essentially the same as using the ultimate fix.
