You know what you want or not? For the record, loading mods into your game just for the sake of having as many mods as possible will make your game load slow as hell, then you'll complain cause "EA can't do anything right".

They are all good, otherwise I wouldn't have downloaded them, and they work with 1.55. That's just the scripts anyway, it would take at least six more posts to list all my files.

No actually, you're right 
That's a lot of mods though and I wouldn't recommend anyone who has a mediocre PC (or worse) to use quite that many.
My PC is extremely low end and I only use a couple of mods, mostly from this website. I have:
Debugenabler;
Errortrap;
Master Controller with the cheats, integration and progression (requires Story Progression mod) modules;
Overwatch;
Traveler;
Story Progression with the career, extra, money, population, skill and relationships modules.
And I use this mod, just because it makes sense. That one appears to be outdated but it works fine, no conflicts.
I also have the no intro and nobuildsparkles mods that come with the framework.
If you know what kind of thing you're looking for, we can direct you to some sites. How many you can use depends on your system specs.
That's a lot of mods though and I wouldn't recommend anyone who has a mediocre PC (or worse) to use quite that many.

More specifically CPU and memory. If your CPU is weak and you load too many mods into the game it will run like crap. If you don't have enough memory it will refuse to load, and if you have little memory, well, I hope you brought a sleeping bag.
Don't think The Sims 3 makes use of the GPU that much. I swapped several and the only difference I noticed is that I can enable Very High water detail. Still, if you don't have a GPU then your CPU will be under extra pressure.
Oh yeah, I also use awesomemod but it's not up-to-date with Island Paradise yet.

I'm finding for vampire mod.Is anybody here know where can i get mod like
1.Increase Vampire run speed
2.Always bite at the neck without getting ignore
3.Npc's vampire can have their own interaction like bite someone else
and can apply to the game easily.

Awesomemod isn't for the mid-low end pc, that's for sure. You can find out everything here, but I wouldn't recommend asking these folks any questions lol.
There are a few people here who use it, they can probably tell you more about it. Personally I prefer the Nraas suite, which provides much of the same functionality. Awesomemod is also a core mod, which can cause conflicts if you have other core mods, or an incompatible patch level.

I already apply the Nrass mod like Errortrap , traveller something like that. Now I'm looking for "good" vampire mod that can easily to apply ..

Awesomemod is just what it says, an awesome mod that makes the game less annoying in general.
It will work fine on any PC as long as you don't have many other mods. Performance wise it actually helps a bit, since it enables CAS filters by default and such, reducing the load time. Also auto-pauses the game when it finishes loading, so you can let the game load and do something else.
