i need help!!1
ive installed the game and works perfectly but i try to upload an exchange item off the sims website and its comming up with the log error. 

"there was a error while downloading content. please see the log for more details"

Hello.

Do you mean you uploaded an item to The Sims 3 exchange or downloaded an exchange item?
