Changing water colour

Hey :-) I was wondering if it is possible to change the water colour? For example I would like to have the nicely light blue water like in Isla Paradiso but in Sunset Valley because I play this town the most of my time. 

I don't have CAW but many people do. Is it possible to change that there? Like somehow saving and re-making the Sunset Valley in this tool?


EDIT: I found this forum how to do it, but I still don't understand :-( They posted Isla Paradiso's colour ramps so you can change the original ones. I still don't know where to put it to re-write the Sunset Valley's ones, though.

Hello, yes, I know this mod, I even used it before, but It won't give me the exact colour like in Isla Paradiso. Thanks anyway
