There's a topic version, which I manually updated, since the TS has been away for a while: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t9863-forum-rules-non-register-page-version (Also made it Sticky for future reference, in the Off-Topic section)

I do recommend looking at the original version. Just use a different browser, I'm sure you have more than one installed on your PC.
