when i click play on the sims 3 for mac, the screen doesn't load, it only shows a black screen and after a few moments of nothing it comes back to the desktop and in a pop-up error window states "Unable to start game. Service initialization failed (0x039e8474)"  how to fix "Service initialization failed (0x039e8474)" Screen13

the version is 1.0.615.00107

how to fix it?

sorry, i can't speak english. im 12 years old and im indonesian
