Sims 3 Crashes after TestingCheatsEnabled True

I have lowered my graphics to see if it was a hardware issue.
The CC I have is decrapified Store Content and NewSims hair.
Mods are Store Fixes.
I play the game and everything is fine then I turn on the cheat and it semi crashes. The diamond will still rotate and water still moves but you can't select anything and the sims do not move. I can't open the code panel or anything to fix it.

Can you - as an experiment - make a new savegame (without deleting your old one) and test if it works there ?

The game I have now is my third experiment as my first one they got stuck in Paris and the last one just froze like this one is doing so I thought just make a new one and start again.
I have remove all my mods and cc and make new game as well then slowly add cc and mods back after if it doesn't crash

In "Paris" ? You mean the custom world named "Paris", I suppose ?
