Game crashes after opening TS3W.exe

Edit- just for extra details. My current version is 1.55(manual update) and I'm using the crack from the Ultimate Fix "Crack #" into my base game folder not my expansion pack folders.
Just tried for the 4th time re-installing the exact same Ultimate Fix download and re-applying the #Crack into my base game folder and it suddenly worked. Not sure what was the issue but it's working now albeit really slow starting. Seems to get hung up on the EA loading screen for about 5minutes before starting the intro scene.

I hadn't thought of using Razer Game booster, I'll try that now and edit with the results.

EDIT: Nope, still didn't work. Packs I'm using are Base [Retail], World Adventures [Retail], High-End Loft [Retail], Ambitions [Retail], Fast Lane [Retail], Late Night [Retail], Pets [Retail], Supernatural [Pirated], Seasons [Retail], University [Pirated]. Both Pirates are from Games4TheWorld.
